WATER DRAGON FEST
The portside Town of Elmina is holding their annual Water Dragon Festival in honor of the Water Dragon Waka. Water Dragon Waka is a known foodie, so there will be a cooking competition held by the city lord as well as a variety of street vendors set up to celebrate the festivities. Additionally, the royal family of Valeria will be holding a hunt in the nearby Pouring Rainforest in honor of this event. This forest is controlled terrain so they will be releasing captive beasts into it. Choose. Do you want to help or hinder with these activities? The choices are yours.

the moon hung in the air, casting a rather ghastly glow over the forest within the mountains. leaning against a tree just alongside a popular trail within said range, the silvery haired woman yawned loudly. gods, this was so...boring. where the hell were the ghosts? the zombies? the ghouls? there wasn't a single undead in sight...and just when she was itching to get her muscles in use and feel that 'spark of life'! a soft groan came from her throat, the desire to make some sort of ruckus in hopes of drawing them out surging inside of her. however, she promised that she wouldn't 'cause trouble'...whatever that was supposed to mean.
"oi, if nothing happens tonight, i'm fighting you. i've been ready to punch something for the last two hours." her tone towards her guildmate, while friendly and possessing a warm smile, was...pretty drop dead serious. her muscles cracked as her shoulders rolled. "you see anything?" while her senses were better than her companions and she was positive she could smell the scent of rotting flesh from miles away, four eyes and ears were still better than two.
The wild haired boy had to agree with his partner’s feelings. This was boring. Seriously boring! Why were they waiting around for the zombies to come to them instead of seeking out the action themselves? They weren’t gonna get anything done like this! The boy’s boredom was shown with how he presented himself. Sitting on the ground with his legs crossed and swaying from side to side.
”That’s mean! I’m not a punching bag!” His tone held a mixture of a joking nature with obvious fear within it. Hilbert knew a joke from a serious statement. His partner was set on kicking his ass if nothing happens tonight. Maybe he can run for it if nothing shows up in the next half hour or hour. Could he even make it far? ”I can see the sky.” He was really testing his luck with this girl, at this point.
"not yet, you're not. you're the perfect height for one." sharp teeth revealed themselves as elysia's smirk only grew. one beat down wouldn't kill him, after all. maybe it'd make him stronger! and if it didn't? well, at least she got to let off some steam. her eyes narrowed the slightest at hilbert's rather...'obvious' statement. "...." the woman said nothing, simply staring at him before, very casually, she leaned down....and grabbed him on the cheek, beginning to rather harshly tug on it. electricity trickled off of her finger in the form of a spark that danced along her fingertips, giving him a small zap here or there...nothing too serious. "smart ass," she grumbled with a huff.
her rough, taunting motions stopped only when the faintest shuffled of branches caught her attention. her head raised, eyes narrowing as excitement began to beat in her heart. was this it? their grand, awaiting challenge? she stepped closer, ready to call 'first dibs' on whatever popped through the thicket. except, what appeared wasn't an undead vermin or a skeletal beast. it was...a dog, just a dog. elysia's face visibly dropped as, with a loud groan, she plopped onto the ground. "ugh," she groaned loudly.
the dog didn't immediately wander off though. instead, it watched them both with odd yellow eyes and a lolling tongue. "hilbert, give it something to eat and make it buzz off. i'm not sharing any of my snacks," the woman grumbled. seemed she was...a bit grumpy.
”AHH! Why?!” Instant regret flooded through him as he shouted in pain from the shock, that was given to him directly. It was easy to see that it was an over reaction to a jolt that wasn’t very serious. Furthermore, it wasn’t difficult for him to know that it was because of his smart mass remark that was getting him in trouble. Overall, it was very childish of him.
”Why you got to be so mean to me, big sis!” He whined, pointing an accusing finger at her. He should be lucky that he didn’t say her boob size as an answer rather than the sky. Safe to say that he wouldn’t have walked away with just a light jolt. The young boy pouted for the rest of the time, until a dog made itself known to them.
”Doggy!” Cheering, he patted the patch of grass next to him and pulled out a snack for the dog to eat. ”You sure that we had the right information, sis? We’ve been here for a while.”
