By her whim, she could make an object that she has touched go from a solid state to a liquid-like state, vice-versa or in-between being as malleable as dough. for objects of a magical quality, they would have to be of d-rank nature, unable to alter it properties if it’s anything above that. this object will keep its property as long as it remains in a 15ft range of alys or until she stops supplying it with her magic.
